Subdivision C Housing Development

Domestic housing within the Roxby Downs township. The scope of work was to complete all underfloor services for 109 transportable houses, stump, complex and trim, complete paths, fences, sheds, decks and patios.

The work was completed 95% by MPS with management of subcontractors for remaining works. Commission and punch list on completion.
This project was completed safely and delivered on schedule.
