Cameron is a proud Aboriginal Arabana man from the Far North region of South Australia and is a Traditional business owner. In line with MPS Group’s brand, Cameron is working to ‘build better’ a mantra that translates to business, industry, community and himself personally. His leadership reflects his strong commitments to growth and community. MPS Group benefits from Cameron’s experience in large-scale civil projects and background in the construction industry. Cameron also sits on the MPS Group Board of Directors and provides strategic guidance and advice to the management team.

Jason has over 32 years of extensive experience in the mining and construction industries. His expertise lies in optimising operational efficiency, enhancing safety protocols, and fostering collaborative team environments. His leadership style emphasises mentorship and professional development, empowering his teams to achieve their full potential.
In his current role as General Manager, Jason overseas all aspects of company operations, from project planning and execution to financial management and client relations. His commitment to excellence and integrity has not only driven company growth but has also established long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Jason has been working in accounting & finance roles since 2001. After beginning his career at a Chartered accounting firm in Adelaide, Jason’s career pivoted into commerce roles. He has since gained experience across many areas such as textiles, wine, and more notably the mining industry. As Chief Financial Officer of MPS Group, Jason oversees the finance, treasury, and reporting function of the business. Jason is also a key part of managing MPS Group’s strategies and direction, along with the Managing Director and the General Manager. Jason is passionate about upskilling his staff, and instilling the confidence and skills required to grow a successful team.
